How to pay

We want to make your buying as easy as possible, so at MaxMovil.com we offer you the following payment methods, so you can choose the one that suits you best:

You can comfortably pay with your VISA, Mastercard or Eurocard through the Banco Sabadell payment gateway. All your card details are transmitted securely and encrypted outside of our platform. We will not have access to the information you provide on your card.

At MaxMovil.com, in order to prevent electronic commerce fraud and to protect consumers, only Secured cards are accepted, that is, you will be asked to identify yourself as the legitimate holder of the card. Each bank entity has its way of identifying the user. Find out about card securitization (System SecureCode and Verified by Visa) on your bank's website or at your branch.

For what reason can my credit card be declined?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may be expired. Check the validity date on your card.
  • Your card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank for the maximum amount allowed to make purchases or that your credit limit has not been exceeded.
  • Some information entered may be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the necessary fields correctly.
  • You are making the payment from a different country than the bank that issued your card. Or you are sending to a different country than the bank that issued the card. Or a combination of several of these factors. If you are on vacation outside your country and want to make a purchase, the system may reject your card to prevent fraud. If this is your case, we recommend that you use Paypal as a means of payment.

If you prefer, you can pay for your order by transfer to MaxMovil.com in one of the accounts that we put at your disposal in the following Spanish entities: La Caixa and Banco Santander.

Instructions to pay by transfer:
  1. Make your purchase as normal
  2. Choose the payment method: “Payment by bank transfer”.
  3. You will automatically be prompted with the account number. Write it down.
  4. Complete the order by clicking the "Pay" button.
  5. Make the transfer for the total amount of the order and Tell us the order number in the comments.
  6. In 24/48h after confirmation by our bank, the shipment will be made to the address you have indicated.
  7. It is not necessary to send us proof by fax, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of payment or you can check it online, in your customer account.

Note: The order will be held for 2 days. If you think it will take more time to make the payment. Please contact us.

Cash on delivery is available for shipments to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. This payment method is not available for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, nor for orders equal to or greater than €1,500.

You will receive your order by GLS at the indicated shipping address, you must pay the total amount of the purchase at the time of receipt of the same. Cash on delivery only accepts cash. Checks or cards are not accepted. Please, have the total amount ready before receiving the order.

If you are going to make your first purchase at MaxMovil.com and the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, we will contact you to confirm your information and proceed with the shipment. Please, indicate a telephone number where we can reach you.

In any case, MaxMovil.com reserves the right refuse the shipment if we think that there are sufficient reasons for it (false or inconsistent data, possibility of fraud, impossibility of contacting the client, previous orders rejected, etc.) giving as the only option, payment by transfer, card payment or deposit banking.

If the order, after confirmed and sent, is not accepted by the client, the client must pay MaxMovil.com all the management and shipping costs incurred. An invoice will be sent to you by email and/or regular mail.

With PayPal you can make purchases on the Internet safely and without sharing your financial information with any merchant. Since the entire payment process is carried out on the secure PayPal platform.

If it is the first time you pay with PayPal, you will have to register your PayPal account (for free), the account creation process is automatic during the payment process. In order to complete the purchase, you will need to enter your credit or debit card details. The card data will be stored securely within your PayPal account, and you can use it to pay at MaxMovil.com and other websites that accept PayPal. If you already have an account, you only have to identify yourself with your Paypal access data and complete the payment with your Paypal balance or with one of your cards or accounts saved in Paypal.

For security in case of doubt of the authenticity of the user or improper use of a PayPal account, we reserve the right to reverse an operation as well as immediately notify PayPal to block the account.

If you live in Alicante or are passing through Alicante you can place your order online and come to our offices to pick up and/or pay for your purchase. At our collection point you can pay by card or in cash, as you prefer.

How to place an order to pick up in store?

  1. Make your purchase as normal
  2. Choose as shipping method: "Pick up in store"
  3. Choose as payment method: "Payment and store pickup"
  4. We will contact you to confirm when your order will be ready. Provide us with a valid contact telephone number.
  5. Come to our collection point to finalize the purchase.

Where is our collection point?

Our collection point is located at Av. Aguilera 47, zip code 03007 of Alicante, Spain.
