Returns and exchanges

MaxMovil B2B only accepts returns of defective products. Before returning any item, you must contact us via email rma@maxmovil.com or call us at 965 106 148 to have proof of the return.

In order to consider an item as a defective, it must meet ALL of the following requirements:

  • Purchase invoice date less than 30 days away
  • Date of sale to end customer less than 15 days ago
  • Item in optimal condition, that is, as received, keeping all packaging, accessories, manuals, wrappers, without visible external defects (scratches, bumps, etc...)

If the above requirements are met, you must send the product to our facilities/address. If not, you must send it to us through the agency you wish to hire in order to make the change. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted in any case. Shipping costs in these cases are not refundable.

After receiving the product in our warehouses, Maxmovil B2B will proceed to check its status before proceeding to send a new product, FREE OF CHARGE if the product is defective and meets the requirements to be considered defective.
