Shipping and delivery

Shipments to the Peninsula are made through the GLS courier service.

Delivery time:

The delivery time of your order will depend on the service you contract and its availability. Orders processed on the same day are delivered the next business day before 2:00 p.m. if you contract "24-hour delivery". With "Delivery 24 - 48 hours" the delivery time is the next working day or 48 working hours at most. We process orders made and paid for on the same day from Monday to Thursday until 4:30 p.m., except on Fridays and the months of July and August when we process orders made and paid for from Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m. , one hour less in the Canary Islands. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. In the summary table you can see estimated delivery times for orders processed on the same day. If your order is placed after the indicated hours, your order will be processed the following day, the date from which the estimated delivery times must be counted.

Shipping costs:

Standard shipping costs are €4.95. This amount can be increased depending on the number of items, the volume of the package and its weight. You will be notified of the final price in the shopping cart. Shipping costs will be free on orders whose total amount is equal to or greater than €500.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands are made through the GLS courier service.

Term delivery:

The delivery time of your order will depend on its availability. Orders processed on the same day are delivered 48h - 72h. Payment and shipping of orders to the Canary Islands are made through GLS

Delivery time:

The delivery time can vary between 48 and 72 hours depending on the day you place your order, since we send them daily through the transport company GLS. For items that are not in stock, up to 2 additional working days must be added to the indicated period, we will notify you if this period is not met.

Costs shipping:

Standard shipping costs are €45. These amounts can be increased depending on the number of items, the volume of the package and its weight. You will be notified of the final price in the shopping cart.

Important: Shipments to The Canary Islands have customs costs to which you must add the tax of your area (IGIC...). Take this into account when making the purchase, the agency upon delivery of your order will ask you to pay these expenses.

Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla are made through the GLS

International shipments are made through the courier services of GLS or FEDEX.
